BOD POD-Body Composition Analysis: August 7

Knowledge is power! Knowing your body composition including lean muscle mass, percent body fat and resting metabolic rate gives you the power to start focusing on total body health and wellness which, research has shown is much more important than weight alone. The BOD POD is a state-of-the-art piece of test equipment that has been used by many prestigious health institutions, professional sports teams and NCAA Division I organizations.  Learn more and sign up »
