Grief Support & Education Series
Grief is the natural reaction to loss. Grief is both a universal and a personal experience. Individual experiences of grief vary and are influenced by the nature of the loss. Susan Wurentenberg with Pathfinders Counseling will teach you the skills to help you through and better understand the grieving process.

Understanding Your Grief
The Liberty Silver Center is excited to introduce our new grief support group, “Understanding your Grief”. When someone dies, the pain of grief arises naturally, and it is normal. In this 12 week program we will use the book and journal Understanding Your Grief: Ten Essential Touchstones for Finding Hope and Healing Your Heart. Throughout the book you will be talking about the goal of healing from your grief so it’s important you define it.

Grief Support Social Group
Grief can leave you feeling isolated or lonely. This group provides a supportive atmosphere where participants can share experiences and a social environment with people who are in a similar phase of life after losing a loved one.
- Days: Second and Fourth Thursdays
- Time: 12:45-2p.m.
- Location: Liberty Community Center, 1600 S. Withers Road in Liberty
