The Wellness Reboot program is designed to get you back on track the right way, with a unique experience that addresses all aspects of your health based on your current fitness level and your individual health and wellness goals.
With Wellness Reboot, you will have access to certified personal trainers, nutritionists, small group exercise training opportunities, assessments to track your progress, supplemental workouts and much more! During this program you will be assigned to a small training group with peers of similar fitness levels and like health & wellness goals. Each week, a certified personal trainer will lead you through two training sessions with your group. Meet the TrainersBill L.
Bill is a certified Personal Trainer with a combination of passion, knowledge and expertise in functional and small group training. In addition to his Personal Training certification, Bill also holds a specialty certification in Small Group Training.
Amanda is a certified Group Fitness Instructor with a passion for helping clients improve their fitness. She provides expertise in cardio and strength training. In addition to her Group Fitness certification, Amanda coaches gymnastics and has Schwinn Cycling Certification.
Jennifer teaches Vinyasa yoga classes for all levels. She enjoys introducing new people to yoga as well as challenging more advanced students and tailors each class to the needs of her students, teaching many variations of each pose and helping students find their comfort zones.
