Do you want to run your first 5K? Get off the couch and hit the road with our Couch to 5K Program. This 12 week beginner program is designed for people who have never ran before or are ready for a new start. Workouts will start with a warm up and alternate walking and running routines followed by a 10-15 minute yoga stretch/cool down. Training culminates on Sept.14, 2019 at the Jessie James 5K Run which is included in the package price.
