Art Exhibit featuring portraits at City Hall

Hutton first started drawing portraits as a young child when her mother taught her to SEE faces, noticing the different shapes and features and how to map them out in a portrait. The gallery is open during regular City Hall hours, currently Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Working with the City of Liberty, William Jewell College and Mid-Continent Public Library, the Liberty Arts Commission has developed four gallery spaces in Liberty that offer exhibits throughout the year. The Atrium Gallery is the first to re-open after being closed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
