You are invited to bid on a procurement contract. The Contract provides for the furnishing F.O.B. Project Site of one hydrated lime feed system including storage silo, hydrated lime feed equipment, and all appurtenances referred to as "Equipment and Materials" including manufacturer's Field Services for installation and unloading by others under separate Contract. Project is at the following location:

Bids will be received by the Owner until 2pm, local time, July 9, 2020. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be received at the following location:

| Prequalification of lime system suppliers has already been completed and only equipment from those lime equipment suppliers listed in the Contract Documents will be opened. Bids received from Bidders who are not providing equipment from approved lime system suppliers will not be opened. Owner will evaluate Bidders in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
|

| Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount not less than 5% of the total Bid price shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Completion time shall be as follows:
It is required that delivery of all Equipment and Materials necessary under this Contract be within 180 days following the date stated in Notice to Proceed.
Bids will be received on a Lump Sum with Alternates basis.
Bids received from Bidders who are not recorded by Engineer as having received the Bid Documents will not be opened.

| The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive irregularities therein, and all Bidders must agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the Owner for any damage or claim brought by any Bidder because of such rejections, nor shall the Bidders seek any recourse of any kind against the Owner because of such rejections. The filing of any Bid in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the Bidder to these conditions.
