Join us at the Liberty Community Center on Friday, Nov. 25 for a group exercise class sampler to help you torch those Thanksgiving calories. Classes will run from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Check out the classes we will be featuring.

Featured Classes:

  • 9:30 a.m. - Cardio H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) w/ Amy
  • 10 a.m. - Strength Training w/ Bill
  • 10:30 a.m. - Zumba w/ Shertoine
  • 11 a.m. - Yoga w/ Ian

To participate, please bring 5 non-perishable food items to be donated to the Liberty Community Christmas Tree. 

Class size is limited to the first 45 people. See you there!
