Join the Liberty Silver Center for the Level of Care Health Fair at the Liberty Community Center on Sept. 13. This fair, hosted by Focus HealthCare Solutions, will include organizations who can help you prepare for the future and take control of your healthcare needs. From downsizing from your five bedroom home to deciding where and how you want to spend your golden years - come learn about all your options! There will also be Preventative Health Screenings hosted by North Kansas City Hospital. The Health Fair and Health Screenings begin at 8 a.m.

• Preventative Health Screenings-A1C Clinic: This health screening, hosted by North Kansas City Hospital, provides several measurements that are useful for monitoring your overall health.
