Newsletter in Your Utility Bill

Catch up on news and events through our monthly newsletter that is included with your City of Liberty utility bill. Residents who are subscribed to paperless billing can find the utility bill newsletter through the online utility management and payment portal under the "Announcements" section or through our website. 

Liberty Cable Channel 2 

The City of Liberty offers Cable Channel 2 as an informational service for the citizens of Liberty. Events and activities listed on the channel are those sponsored by the City or its community partners. Persons who subscribe to Time Warner Cable service and reside within the city limits of Liberty receive Liberty Cable Channel 2 as a part of their service package.
