The Liberty Parks and Recreation Charitable Fund (LPRCF) is accepting applications for the youth scholarship program.
LPRCF provides families within the Liberty Public School District the opportunity to apply for scholarship assistance for youth programs offered through Liberty Parks and Recreation Department.
