Land Classes
These classes are longer versions of the actual classes. Space is limited to 40 per class. The class schedule includes:
Tuesday, Dec. 27 - Zumba, 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday, Dec. 28 - SET, 10:30 am - 12:00 p.m.
Wednesday, Dec. 28 - Turbo Tone, 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, Dec. 29 - Steppin' Out, 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Water Class
This water aerobic program is designed to incorporate a complete cardiovascular utilizing water resistance, barbells, and boot camp cardio routines. Class will be conducted in four to five feet of water, so no swimming skills are required.
Wednesday, Dec. 28 - Holiday Splash, 10:30 a.m. - 11:40 a.m.
