Contractor VF Anderson Builders began sanitary sewer work on Franklin Street on July 9. Work will continue for the next several weeks, weather permitting. Franklin Street will be closed to thru traffic, but emergency and limited local access will remain. Residents are reminded not to park in the street during construction work.
