The sections of Main, Kansas and Gallatin streets that were closed as part of Phases 1 and 2 are open!
Crews have moved on to Phase 3. Water Street is closed from Kansas to Franklin. Franklin Street is closed to through traffic from Missouri to Main.
During Phase 3, the best ways to access the downtown area will be:
-- on Kansas from the west
-- on Main from the north
-- on Water from the south.
