The City's Utilities construction team will be replacing a sewer manhole on the north end of Moss Street on Kansas Street. Because the manhole is in the middle of the road, Kansas will be closed to through traffic from Fairview Street to Terrace Avenue March 6-11.
The manhole replacement is part of a project that includes upgrading deteriorating sanitary sewer and water lines that are estimated to be 100 years old.
