Liberty Parks & Rec offers a variety of land and aquatic group exercise classes including, but not limited to:

All group exercise classes are complimentary with your membership or purchase of a day pass and do not require registration. Specialty fitness classes are also available but a fee will be applied. These classes are taught by nationally certified fitness instructors and we offer a variety of times to choose from. Our program is designed to promote health and wellness for all ability levels to enjoy.
