A new traffic signal will be constructed this year at the intersection of S. Withers Road and Holt Drive to replace the existing 4-way stop at the entrance to the Community Center and Liberty Middle School. Construction is anticipated to start this spring and continue through the end of the year depending on material and equipment lead times. This signal is partially funded by Federal grant funds.
