Due to public safety concerns with the building at 7 N Water barricades have been placed around the front and back of the building. Although there is not an imminent danger, this is being done out of an abundance of concern.
This building was affected by the partial collapse of the building at 1 N Water and the following demolition of 3 and 5 N Water in May of 2016.
