It's the time of year to get outside and enjoy nature! Join the Liberty Parks & Rec Health & Wellness Division for June Trail Training at Westboro Canterbury Park. This class is designed with modifications for ALL fitness levels and uses bodyweight exercises to help you reach your goals. Get some fresh air, work your body, enjoy the sunshine and start your weekend off on the right foot!
