Walk with Ease is a proven program designed to relieve pain and boost your health. Developed by the Arthritis Foundation, this evidence-based program helps you build a lasting walking routine with expert-backed techniques. Join us for this 6-week journey with a guided discussion and group walk that meets twice weekly starting Sept 16 from 9 - 10 a.m. You’ll also walk once a week on your own, gradually increasing your endurance. If you can stand for 10 minutes without increased pain, you can succeed! Sessions take place outdoors at Westboro/Canterbury Greenway—let’s walk toward better health together!
