The historic Garment District Museum is located in the heart of the garment district in downtown Kansas City. Many of the buildings date back to the 1870s. After WWI and through the 1940s, the area employed 4,000 people and boasted that 1 out of every 7 women in the U.S. purchased a KC made garment. Join us on Thursday, September 30 for a fascinating guided tour from a former executive with the garment district. Lunch will be included after the tour.
