This is the finale for the Liberty Parks and Recreation Department Summer Concert Series!
This FREE concert will get underway at 7 p.m. at the corner of Water and Kansas streets, with ample parking in the lots below City Hall as well as on the street where allowed. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs and blankets.
