With a new dedicated space for small dogs, some agility obstacles and benches (the latter two thanks to Eagle Scout projects), it's time to officially celebrate the Northland's first off-leash dog park.

Join Mayor Greg Canuteson, the Liberty Parks & Recreation Board and supporters of the Liberty Dog Park at a ribbon cutting ceremony at 2:00 pm on Oct. 4. The Liberty Dog Park is located within Stocksdale Park at 901 S. LaFrenz.
