[ARCHIVED] Liberty Parks & Recreation to host Health & Wellness Expo / Customer Appreciation Day

Screenings, demonstrations and presentations will be part of the City of Liberty Parks and Recreation Department’s 3rd annual Health and Wellness Expo / Customer Appreciation Day on Tuesday, October 23.

This event is free and open to the public between 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Liberty Community Center. 1600 S. Withers Rd. The event will have 20 vendors on hand to provide valuable health and wellness information and health screenings. Free screenings will include blood pressure, vision, hearing, balance posture and more. In addition, flu and pneumonia shots will be available for a small fee unless covered by an accepted insurance provider.

In addition to door prizes, the event will offer healthy snacks and food items to Community Center customers throughout the morning.
