The Liberty Parks and Recreation department's Parks and Open Space Division is conducting a survey to find out what you value most about trees.
This survey will help the City determine the relative importance of its forest tracts based on several important values. Your input is a key part of the model that will tell us which tracts hold the most overall value to our community.
The results of this study will be used to develop partnerships, pursue funding opportunities, provide vital data for future Parks and Open Space planning efforts, and inform future land use, stormwater, and development plans and programs.
The survey is part of a Community Forest Conservation Assessment project funded by a Missouri Department of Conservation T.R.I.M. grant.
