The City of Liberty Parks and Recreation Department is bringing back an exciting new lineup to its free downtown Summer Concert Series and joining forces with three other downtown events to offer visitors yet another reason to linger a little longer in historic downtown Liberty.
June 8 - KC Prime Band will offer a tantalizing feast for the ears with a collection of rock, pop, jazz, blues, country and oldies during Historic Downtown Liberty’s 9th Annual Taste of Liberty. The concert will get underway at 7:00 p.m.
July 3 - Neon Blue will will add some classic R&B and rock ‘n roll to the Liberty Chamber of Commerce’s Liberty4thFest BBQ. Concert will get underway at 7:30 pm.
August 17 - The sultry sounds of singer, songwriter Samantha Fish will be served up in conjunction with Historic Downtown Liberty’s 2nd Annual Dog Days of Summer Craft Beer Crawl. This concert will get underway at 7:00 p.m.
For each concert, the bands will set up at the corner of Water and Kansas streets in historic downtown Liberty, with ample parking in the lots east City Hall as well as on the street where allowed.
