The company that supports our online utility bill payment system is experiencing technical issues and is working to fix the issue. If you need to make a payment today:

You may submit your payment in-person at the cashier’s window in City Hall (101 E. Kansas St.) before 5 p.m.

OR

Use the drop box (across from the police department on Missouri Street). Due to the technical issues with the online bill pay system, payments received in the drop box this weekend will not be assessed any penalties.

Customers enrolled in auto bill pay are not affected.
