[ARCHIVED] Have a frightfully fun time at the Liberty Silver Center’s Annual Halloween Potluck, Oct. 31

Get ready for a frightfully fun time at the Liberty Silver Center’s Halloween Potluck Party, Thursday, October 31 starting at 9:30 a.m.

The Silver Center will disappear into a spooky backdrop complete with pumpkins, ghosts and goblins. We’ll munch on popcorn and candy corn as we watch Alfred Hitchcock’s classic movie, Psycho, on the big screen.

Pizza will be provided by the Silver Center council members. Please bring a covered dish to share with others at the center or $5. Dress in costume or black and orange. Call 439-4368 to make your lunch reservation by October 25th.

The Liberty Silver Center is a place where adults 60 and older and physically challenged individuals ages 18-59 come Monday through Friday to socialize, participate in activities, and enjoy a hot nutritious meal. The Silver Center is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is closed on weekends and major holidays. The center is located inside the Liberty Community Center at 1600 South Withers Rd.

For more information on this and other activities, contact the Liberty Silver Center at 439-4368 or visit www.ci.liberty.mo.us/SeniorServices.
