Work on the Franklin Street Neighborhood Improvements Project, which runs from Fairview Avenue to Gallatin Street, has been underway since June 2014. Now that the project is nearly complete, the City of Liberty is excited to celebrate with the residents and business owners who were so patient and understanding during the construction and with the entire community, which was affected by detours throughout the project.
