Friday, July 3, 7:00 p.m. Katy Guillen and the Girls will take the stage as part of Liberty Parks and Recreation free downtown Summer Concert Series. Katy Guillen and the Girls will help kick off the Liberty4thFest which is coordinated by the Liberty Area Chamber of Commerce. Liberty4thFest activities get underway at 5 p.m. on July 3.
