Cycle 2 utility customers normally have their utility bills mailed to them by the 10th of each month. Those bills are due the 5th of the following month.
In the month of June and due to a mailing issue, Cycle 2 utility customer’s bills were not mailed until June 17th. We apologize for this mailing issue and any inconvenience it may cause.
With this delay, the due date for these bills will be extended to July 12.
Cycle 2 customers who have their payment into the City by July 12 will have their account mark as current and will not be charged any penalty.
The City will work to ensure that future Cycle 2 utility billings will be mailed out on the 10th of each month as usual with a due date of the 5th of the following month.
