The Utilities Construction division will be working to isolate sections of the water line system in and around the Moss Street water relocation project beginning at 10 p.m. on Nov. 16.
There will be brief , intermittent water shut offs in the area bounded by Gallatin to the east, Mississippi to the north, N. and S. Ridge to the west and Liberty Drive to the south. Because of the large scope of this effort and to minimize disruptions to residents, the crew will work into the early morning hours of Nov. 17.
