At approximately 5 a.m. on December 6, Liberty police officers were dispatched to Hardee’s, 914 S. 291 Hwy., to investigate a report of shots fired. Upon arrival it was determined that several shots were fired into the building. No one was injured.
The suspect vehicle reportedly fled the area heading southbound on Withers Road prior to the arrival of officers. Witnesses described the suspect vehicle as possibly a silver Dodge passenger car with chrome wheels, LED headlights and unknown Missouri license plates.
