As we age it is important to maintain physical wellness in an effort to continue leading the quality of life we desire. The Fit for Life program will help you reach your fitness goals in a safe environment with exercises focusing on mobility, balance, and muscular strength. Whether you are a beginner or you have been moving for a while, this program will assist you in leading a healthier lifestyle, setting goals and motivating each other to be Fit for Life!

- Session 2: Oct. 9-Nov. 1, 2017
- Day and Time: Monday and Wednesday, 6:30-7:30 p.m.
- Location: Liberty Community Center Map»
- Ages: 55 and older
- Fees: $100 LCC Members | $110 Non-Members
- Program Includes:
- 30 minute consultation
- 8- 45 minute small group training sessions (groups will consist of 4-6 people)
- Trainer: Peggy Murch, LCC Personal Trainer
