Do you see people strength training or using the functional equipment and wonder how to use it properly? If so, this program is for you. After a 30 minute consultation, Peggy will design small group training sessions to address the needs and level of the group. Whether you are a beginner to fitness or you have been moving for a while, we invite you to expand your knowledge of strength training, cardio and functional training all with the support of a small group. Set your goals, motivate one another and be Fit for Life!
Fit for Life is designed for those 50 and better and will focus on mobility, balance and muscular strength. This is a small group program limited to groups of 4-6 and will meet 8 times over 4 weeks. Led by LCC Certified Personal Trainer, Peggy Murch
