The Liberty Animal Shelter staff has been hard at work helping to transition dogs and cats to new families and other rescue organizations.
One of the furry friends has two approved adoption applications and will be going to a new home soon.
And, the shelter will close today at 2 p.m. so that staff can transport beautiful Chai to the Missouri Pit Bull Rescue!
