Update from Republic Services on Saturday, January 13 - Republic Services was not able to finish the Friday routes today. They will take extra bags next Friday for those that were missed this week.
Update from Republic Services as of 3:20 p.m. on Friday, January 12 - The hydraulics on the trucks have started breaking down due to the freezing temperatures. They have not made it all the way through the Thursday trash and recycling collection routes. Leave your bins at the curb. They will start where they left off tomorrow (Saturday) morning and finish Thursdays route, then start on Friday's route. If they do not finish Friday's route, they will take extra bags next week on 2/19 (for the missed portions of the Friday route only).
There will not be a collection delay next week for the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday.
