Starting the week of Oct. 7, the Liberty Public Works will work with Lexeco Inc. to install guardrails along Moss Avenue, adjacent to City Park. Lane closures may be necessary during some phases of construction and a flagger will be present to direct traffic. This project will further protect those at City Park from potential traffic incidents.
