UTILITY BILLING PAYMENT PROCESSOR UPDATE
Thank you to all of our Liberty utilities customers who have been so patient as we work through changing the payment processor for utility billing. We know that the process has been a challenge and we are here to help.
All of the paperless customers received an email earlier today (Sept. 11) with a new account number and pin. THIS IS NOT A SCAM. Please register your new account to pay your bill and set up any auto pay preferences.
If you have already registered your new account, no further action is needed.
IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED - Customers who received their new account number and pin on their printed statement will need to call in to receive a NEW pin. Unfortunately the pins had to be reset. We understand that this change in information is extremely frustrating and we appreciate your patience as we continue to work through these system changes. There will be no late fees or shutoffs for the September billing cycle as we continue to get all customers set up in the new system.
