Today will be your Irish get-a-way. We will start our Celtic day at Eddie Delahunt’s Café in Westport. At this cozy café, we will enjoy a light pastry and Irish coffee while being serenaded by the warm Irish vocals from a balladeer. Next, we will have a delightful Irish lunch at Raglan Road Irish Pub in the Power & Light District; this beautiful pub was built in Ireland and is filled with glorious antiques, curios, and artwork. We will have a delightful Irish lunch of your choice of Sheppard’s Pie or Fish and Chips. Our next stop will be the new Irish Museum and Cultural Center located in Union Station created to share and celebrate the Irish heritage. Finally, we will visit the historic Kelly’s Westport Inn (circa 1850), and learn the history behind one of the most famous Irish pubs in the United States.
