How do I start a neighborhood watch?
Please contact the Liberty Police department at 816.439.4715 or email police@ci.liberty.mo.us.

Can my neighborhood have a block party?
Please fill out our Block Party Application in its entirety and return it to the Planning and Development Department on the 3rd floor of City Hall at 101 E. Kansas, or fax it to 816.439.4513 at least one week prior to the event. If you have any questions about block parties, please call 816.439.4533.
