Volunteer Opportunities
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the City of Liberty! Whether there is a group or just an individual looking for a one-day event or an ongoing opportunity, there are plenty of options. From coaching and city beautification to student service projects and special events, volunteers are our biggest champions and one of our greatest assets. It is our ultimate goal to provide you with a gratifying experience.
Join the Snow Squad
Not afraid of the cold and snow? Liberty Meals On Wheels is looking for volunteers to join their Snow Squad. The Snow Squad shovels the driveways, sidewalks, and front entry for Liberty Meals on Wheels recipients any time we get more than 2 inches of snow. This helps our volunteers access the home more safely and takes the worry off the recipient! For more information and to volunteer, please contact Hailey Kellerstrass at 816.439.4396 or email.
Retired & Senior Volunteer Program
Are you 55 and older and interested in serving your community in a way that suits your schedule, skills, and interests? Serve as an AmeriCorps Seniors volunteer in our Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) and let us connect you with meaningful and rewarding community volunteer experiences.
