Do your muscles hurt? Are you stretching and your muscles still feel tight? Or maybe you feel your muscles are too tight to even stretch so you don’t. Foam rolling is a great way to loosen up tight muscles, increase range of motion, as well as improve circulation. Foam rolling is a form of self-myofascial release (aka self-massage). This one hour foam rolling workshop will cover why you should be using your foam roller as well as a chance to learn how to use your foam roller properly during the practice portion of the program. You will need to bring a high-density foam roller preferably 36”x 6” and a yoga mat.
