- AGES 8-12- Youth Speed & Agility Camp
- This camp is designed to be fun and engaging for your child and encourages sportsmanship and friendly competition.
- AGES 13-14- Speed & Agility Camp
- This camp will give your athlete the opportunity to understand, learn and execute movement patterns and biomechanics applicable to virtually every sport.

- Ages 8-12: Mondays, Aug. 5, 12, 19 and 26
- Ages 13-14: Thursdays, Aug. 8, 14, 21 and 28
- Time: 6:45-7:45 p.m.
- Location: Liberty Middle School Lower Field
Program Includes: 4 hours of speed and agility training (sessions held once weekly for 1 hour during 4 consecutive weeks)
Fees: LCC Member: $80 | Non-Member: $88
Trainers: This camp is instructed by multiple former collegiate track and field athletes from various disciplines with real life knowledge, experience, education and sport-specific certifications to help your youngster grow to their full athletic potential!

Program presenter: This program is presented by Eric Nehlsen. Eric is a former collegiate athlete with a degree in Exercise Science and is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Eric has coached athletes at all levels of competition, most recently as a Track and Field Coach at the University of Central Missouri and a Strength and Conditioning Intern at Yale University where he worked directly with their Football and Lacrosse programs.
