To celebrate Older Americans Month, the Liberty Silver Center is offering a variety of events to showcase Silver Center programs and services.

Learn about Liberty’s Parks & Trails from Liberty Parks & Natural Resources manager, 10:30 a.m., No registration required.

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a dance party and musical entertainer Gino Bueno beginning at 10:15. Enjoy a taco bar potluck immediately following the entertainment. The cost is $2 per person plus a side dish or $5 without a side dish. Registration for lunch is needed by noon on May 4.

If you wish to stay for lunch on any day, please make reservations by noon the day prior. A $2 donation is requested for the meal for individuals aged 60 or better. Lunch for individuals under the age of 60 is $7. Reservations can be made by calling, 816.439.4368.
