[ARCHIVED] Outdoor Training Programs

Looking for a way to get outside and get moving again? If you are then our two small-group outdoor training programs, Trail Training and Bike & Body, are for you! These small group training programs will help you achieve an enjoyable and fun workout appropriate for all fitness levels while also adhering to current social distancing protocols.


TRAIL TRAINING

This small group training program combines bodyweight exercises, speed walking, jogging and running to achieve an enjoyable and fun workout appropriate for all fitness levels while also adhering to current social distancing protocols.

  • Aug. 4 - 25, 2020 (4 weeks)
  • Tuesday
  • 7 -7:45 a.m.

  • This program includes four - 45 min small group training sessions. Please wear running shoes and bring your own water bottle and towel to each training session. 
  • Liberty Community Center Members: $29  | Non-Member: $32  
  • Registration deadline is July 31, 2020

BIKE & BODY

Join us outside as we enjoy the fresh air and get moving again! This HIIT style small group training program combines intervals of biking, bodyweight and resistance band training appropriate for all fitness levels while also adhering to current social distancing protocols. Participants must bring their own bike and helmet to participate. 

  • Aug. 6 - 27, 2020 (4 weeks)
  • Thursday
  • 7 -7:45 a.m.
  • Stocksdale Park/Walnut Woods MT. Biking & Hiking Trails Map »
  • This program includes four - 45 min small group training sessions. Participants will be required to bring their own bike, helmet, water bottle and towel to each training session. Resistance bands will be provided. 
  • Liberty Community Center Members: $29  | Non-Member: $32  
  • Registration deadline is July 31, 2020
