Liberty Heartland Logistics Center - UNDER CONSTRUCTION

  • Located on Shepherd Road, north of the Hallmark Distribution Center.
  • This was a $154.5 million investment; estimated to bring 765 jobs
  • Three buildings, totaling  1,600,000 sq. ft on 152 acres. Companies / tenants include:
    • Hallmark (2nd distribution center in Liberty)
    • TAB batteries
    • Animal Health International
  • Estimated property taxes over the first 15 years with tiered Chapter 100 incentives will be $8.1 million (Estimated property tax on this area over the first 15 years without this development = $37,800).

Liberty Commerce Center - UNDER CONSTRUCTION

  • Located east of the Ford Stamping Plant at Hughes Road.
  • $400 million investment in real property that is estimated to bring in around 3,000 jobs.
  • Seven buildings totaling 3,600,000 sq. ft. and sitting on 339 acres of land.
  • Six buildings have been completed. Tenants include:
    • Amazon (2 buildings)
    • Walgreen's 
    • Sleep Outfitters
    • Berlin Packaging
    • Ceva Logistics
    • RevLogical
  • The developer anticipates breaking ground on the seventh and final building in 2025.
  • Estimated property taxes over first 20 years with tiered Chapter 100 incentives will be $20.5 million (Estimated property tax on this area over first 20 years without this development = $21,500).
