Orange Aces

• Beginner and Novice ages 8 - 10 years old

By the end of the orange ball and before advancing to Green Dot, a child should be able to play tennis matches. Game-based teaching and learning keeps the child engaged while learning all of the fundamentals of tennis. The children will learn how to move effectively to ensure good position and balance for each shot.

• Novice class meets at 7- 8 p.m.

Green Grinders

• Beginner ages 10 - 13 years old
• Novice ages 11 - 13 years old: returning players

Concepts of offense/defense, strategy and match play are introduced in singles and doubles. Ball control exercises that promote consistency, direction, depth and spin will be stressed.

• Beginner and Novice ages 13+

Class levels (beginner and novice) will be determined by instructor based upon age and ability.
